Opposed to the standard RDS 002, the 002 Tour adds a little more control, making it geared more toward advanced players. Due to the racquet’s pop, swings are more focused and responsive. Yonex’s Elastic Ti technology allows the frame of the RDS to rebound to its original position after impact much faster than a standard racquet.

Product Review:
My usual racquet is the RDS001 90, and because I love Yonex and player's frames, I couldn't resist trying this racquet. And it delivers big time. It's actually a lot like the 001 but more powerful and lighter (despite what the specs say). It's very solid with a large sweetspot, great control and good spin. There are no surprises with this racquet. It looks high tech, and fancy paintjob and isometric head shape, etc, so you're not sure what to expect, but it actually is an extremely obedient racquet, doing only what you tell it to. Nothing less, nothing more. A great improvement over the ti-80, which I've owned for years. Pete, Toronto
